Zhonghe District, New Taipei City｜陳記香菇肉粥

Ahhhh the most amazing food here is the fried tofu炸豆腐(Don’t worry it’s not stinky🤣 )!!!! I supposed I would get a regular boiled tofu like the other noodle vendors, but No! I got a plate of tofu were fried crispy outside but super tender inside!!!! And I found out everyone else also ordered it as a must to eat on the menu!!! The noodles soup 米粉湯 is also alright, pretty good to have in a cold weather. And I was surprised they have alcohol sanitizer on each table during the pandemic time. Overall it’s way beyond my expectations with its ordinary surroundings. But a to go list if you wanna taste the incredible delicious tofu 🤤
