Zhonghe District, New Taipei City｜宏記咖哩坊

Wow! I have discovered a gem in Zhonghe. This simple looking family restaurant blows me away with their exquisite taste. I highly recommend their fish soup (虱目魚肚湯 for 90 NTD), full of umami. Their fried tofu also amazing served with a special sauce with Japanese hint. Their fried rice is also more fragrant that other places. I'm sure other dishes must be good too but I only have so much space in my stomach. Check out their Facebook page for their monthly holidays announcement first.
