I have eaten many bowls of beef noodle soup in my life, and this one is the best I've had.

It's different from Taiwan's traditional beef noodles with slightly sweet soup. I fell in love with its taste when I first tried it a few years ago. The rich soup, the fragrance of beef, paired with noodles and super fragrant chili oil, are really delicious. It’s the only beef noodle shop I visit all the time. I eat it four or five times a month.

Simply the best beef noddle soup in taipei, not too salty, just flavorful enough with lots of garlic and of course we add cilantro.
