Yonghe District, New Taipei City｜成記麵食館（原南機場）

Without exaggeration, these were the best dumplings and hot & sour soup I've ever had in Taiwan... maybe in my whole life! The place doesn't look like much from the outside, and it seems to be run by this one Taiwanese auntie, but the food is handmade and simply amazing! My friend and I almost didn't stop in... I'm so glad we did!

It's delicious, it lasts 5 years
