Zhonghe District, New Taipei City｜Lee Family Sliced Noodle

This restaurant is famous for the homemade sliced noodles. They do fried noodles with beef or with pork and ear mushrooms. The beef one tastes more flavorful than the pork one. The noodles are thick but not chewing at all. This is one of the best I’ve ever had.
