I passed by it before and was attracted by the clean, bright and comfortable store. Unfortunately, I was too late after get off work on weekdays to try it. I finally tried it today. The menu here is simple, and the cuisine combines Chinese and Taiwanese traditional snacks. The meals ordered today are as follows: ⭐️Xiancao Gancha: I’m surprised it’s sugar-free! The aroma of grass jelly in the mouth is full of flavor, slightly sweet, and cool to relieve greasiness. ⭐️Pomelo-pickled radish: Crisp and refreshing white radish with shredded grapefruit peel. As the first side dish served, it is very appetizing. ⭐️Mushroom Pork Porridge: The soup is rich but not greasy. The shallots, minced celery and mushrooms add a great flavor, and the seasoning is just right. ⭐️Cold cucumber: super delicious! Big recommendation! Different from the usual method of pickling with garlic and vinegar, fresh cucumbers are used here and topped with the store's special sauce. It is worth mentioning that the pickled peppers on top are "super delicious" and paired with cilantro, it is perfect! ⭐️Braised pork rice: Every Taiwanese must have the most delicious braised pork rice. It is undoubtedly the national delicacy. Their white rice is well cooked and topped with fragrant braised pork. It is slightly sweet but not too salty, which is very memorable. ⭐️Yam and Spare Ribs Soup: The soup is also rich and fragrant, the yam is soft and dense, the pork ribs are slightly less meaty😅but it’s delicious! (I love eating meat🥲) ⭐️Hanama senbei: Fried to golden and crispy on the outside, Hokkaido scallops are sweet and juicy inside. They are also drizzled with a special fragrant pepper sauce. The mixture is very delicate and tastes elegant. It is paired with shredded perilla leaves and is very unique. Top restaurant quality food. ⭐️Crispy fried braised pork: The outside is also crispy and crispy, but the meat inside is still tender and delicious. It must be that very clean frying oil is used. It tastes great, clean and retains the aroma of the meat. Although the food is all simple and unpretentious snacks, the seasoning of each dish is very careful and just right, presenting a very refined and high-end taste in ordinary snack dishes.

The portions of the meals are on the small side and the prices are a bit expensive in comparison, but the ingredients and cooking are not sloppy at all. Suitable for medium & small appetites. It is also suitable to eat after get off work in the evening without feeling burdened.

The food is exquisite and the ingredients are solid. The meat porridge soup is very fresh and sweet (the boss kindly reminds you that if it is not salty enough, you can add salt and pepper yourself), the fried food is delicious, and the peppers in the cucumber salad are pickled, which is very special!
