My name is Tyler I visit Taiwan every summer and these pot stickers are the ones you want to try. The skin is crispy ,crunch, and soft. That is the 3things you want in a outstanding skin for a pot sticker . You will want to visit this location everyday. This is REAL comfort food you would want. I give it ten out of ten. This definitely the juiciest most flavorful and comforting food.

From snacks to large shops, although the taste and quality are not as good as when the boss personally cooked the pot, but the filling is full and rich in meat, and the garlic and soy sauce in the shop is still delicious, and there are a bunch of mediocre pot stickers Chain stores, as for the service attitude at the counter, it really needs to be improved.
