Very good, then come...ヾ(￣▽￣) Soup - Their braised soup is rich, but not deadly salty. Although it is a bit too heavy for me, it is also the feeling at the end of the meal. Anyway, the flaws are not hidden, it is still very good. Noodles - The skill of cooking the noodles is admirable, the noodles are cooked through, but not soft enough to be chewy. This is easy to make mistakes in some chain beef noodle restaurants Beef - Ample and sinewy, with plenty of bite and flavor, I have to give it a thumbs up...it's to my taste. Summary: This is the first time I try to eat beef noodles near Chenggong Road. The overall feeling is worth the price of $120 (all around here are 80-100), and it is also better than some chain beef noodle shops (section xx, sorry this is personal opinion, not public opinion) I will definitely patronize Cai’s Beef Noodles again and try the stewed beef noodles. I traveled north from Taichung with my wife, and went to Zhonghe Chenggong Road to taste beef noodles with a special flavor. The beef is delicious, the soup is rich, and the price is fair. The side dish bean curd and cold fungus are favorites of my wife and son. It is worth recommending. Make delicious food
