I happened to see a shop on the road to Nanya Night Market when I walked out of Fuchu Station. I thought it wasn't crowded at first, but when I passed by it, I thought it was quite clean and there was no smell of frying or strange oil consumption, so I came to eat. For the first time, I ordered boneless diced chicken, sweet and spicy and king oyster mushrooms. The countertops of the booth were very clean. The three fried dishes were fried just right. They were crispy, dry and not greasy. The chicken was juicy and the seasoning was not like some fried dishes. The store sprinkles seasoning powder like crazy to make it too salty, so that you can eat the original flavor of the ingredients.
