Very impressive, I have had issues with urchin in the past, but this amazing chef walked us through the quality process of urchin to convince me to try again, it was wonderful. Such a knowledgeable man, willing to educate and expound on his trade in an delicious manner. I would give more stars if I could.

A very unique and amazing omakase experience! It wasn't too busy when we went for dinner, chef noticed we are foreigners and despite the language barrier, he still tried to show us pictures of what fish we are eating. This place is very nigiri and sashimi focused. Chef used many local fish we have never tried before, and we felt like the fish tasted very sweet, so we commented that fish tasted good. And I'm glad we mentioned it. He explained that these are aged sashimi! Like what, it had really opened our world of sushi. He took his time to explain to us what is aging ( similar concept as aging beef) and why it tastes more flavorful. We read some reviews staying the value is not good or menu is not creative. I think this is a restaurant for people who appreciate the food. Not for your Instagram or drinking place. Make sure you make a reservation, only about 14 seats. And bring cash, cash or account transfer only

Quality omakase at an affordable price, easily accessible by subway. The host and the chef were both very friendly; they were also confident and knowledgeable about the ingredients. Make reservations ahead of time! Cash only.
