Banqiao District, New Taipei City｜Two Food Restaurant Banqiao Minzu Branch

Great place in Banqiao to have Beijing style snacks, such as corn porridge, meat dumplings, etc. They also have a pretty wide variety of other dishes as well, great for a quick casual meal. The miniature one person Beijing style pickled cabbage hotpot had all the classic components despite it's diminuntive size. I gave it a 4 for atmosphere simply because the interior is very simple.

Northern Chinese style restaurant specializing beef noodles with whole tomato and a variety of dumplings and pancakes. Food is flavorful but not heavy handed. Definitely worth a try!
