As I strolled into the charming pizza joint, my eyes were immediately drawn to the vibrant and eclectic art that adorned the walls. The owner, a warm and gentle soul, greeted me with a smile that seemed to radiate with kindness and hospitality. I had come to this foreign land with an adventurous mind and a hungry appetite, eager to explore the flavors of a place known for its bubble tea, beef noodles, dumplings, and many others. But could this land, celebrated for such delectable cuisine, truly deliver a delicious pizza? Chef Watan, the mastermind behind Pixel, had me convinced from the first bite. His Mexican pizza was a bold and spicy masterpiece, featuring a blend of jalapeños and red chiles native to Taiwan. It was a pizza unlike any other, a true work of art that left my taste buds tingling with delight. For the record, I am not a man who tends to dance with the flames of unknown chiles. The toppings were equally impressive -- beautifully seasoned minced pork, red chiles, jalapenos, and red onions added a depth of flavor and texture that was simply divine. And the crust, oh, the crust! It was crispy and chewy, with just the right amount of char to lend a subtle smokiness that paired perfectly with the toppings. As I savored each bite, I couldn't help but marvel at Chef Watan's creativity and skill. He had taken a classic dish from another land and elevated it to new heights, infusing it with the bold flavors and spices of his homeland to create something truly unique and delicious. The appetizer, a delicate slice of zucchini topped with a succulent piece of pork belly and mozzarella, was truly amazing in its own right. It was a dish that showcased Chef Watan's talent for using simple ingredients in a unique way and taking them to a new level. As I bid farewell to Pixel (I visited three times) and its gracious owner, I felt a sense of gratitude for the experiences I had. It was a reminder that, no matter where you go, there is always something new and exciting to discover, and that good food truly knows no borders. Really delicious pizza! You know how pizza hut keeps trying to make Taiwanese flavors and keeps failing? This place nails them. The pizza dough is just the right amount of chewiness and slightly crispy. The cheese is of high quality and the toppings are very well designed. The store itself is also very special. They have paintings all over the pizza parlor and a very special mural. The vibe is really chill too. They sell cocktails and beer to accompany your pizza. The music was a solid 10/10 too.

Draught beer and tasty pizza, definitely worth to try! Edit: They have a new place near Nanshijiao mrt station. Atmosphere is still great and they newly have pasta on menu. Pizza is still tasty as well as beer.
