Since I was moving to Dingxi, I still can’t move on from this snack. I know it’s not the healthy one but I bet you’ll love this one also whenever it goes in to your mouth. It’s just a deep fried sailfish filled with boiled egg inside. But the taste was perfect, they got the crispy outside, tender inside, their spices was just on track. I could even eat as many as it was in my hand. HAHAHAHA So guys, if you come to Lehua Night Market you must try this one. It’s a MUST. be aware with the long queue. But it’s really worth to queue. So make sure buy as many as you could.
