I have been here multiple times and am always thoroughly impressed. Highly highly recommend coming out of the way for this if you have time: the fish is always fresh, the portions are generous, and the price is right.

Salmon is so fresh, I still feel the sweetness, tenderness, and fresh in my mouth. Amazing simple dishes but definitely made my day after long flight back in Taipei. The menu is all in Traditional Chinese but I managed to use Google Translate. It is not a big deal at all. Random found in the alley at its best!

It has the highest CP value among all the sushi restaurants I have ever eaten. The fish is fresh and reasonably priced For about 300 yuan, you can eat high-end ingredients such as sea urchin and scallops. Qianxing is not a high-priced store, so small flaws are inevitable. (For example, the sushi roll is slightly scattered, and the seaweed cut on the warship is uneven) But I think the most valuable thing is the effort the chef puts into making delicious food. I ate his marinated fish five years ago and I still can’t forget it. I hope the chef can always make delicious dishes!
