Nanchuan noodle restaurant, which is well known to Yonghe gourmets, has to recommend dried cauliflower and cucumber! Master’s cut flowers are top-notch, each piece is about 1mm thin, no more, no less, full of sauce, the cucumber is super refreshing, and it’s very cool to take home with ice in summer! In fact, I often can’t order cucumbers, and they are swept away... Since this is a noodle restaurant, every noodle dish is of course very good. Although there are pork rib noodles, wonton soup noodles, etc., it is Nanchuan’s own taste!
