Beitou District, Taipei City｜Cang Ma Izakaya Restaurant

Came here twice and both times, both the food and their warm service exceeded our expectations! The seafood is very fresh and the yakitori has just the right amount of charcoal aroma and umami taste. They were very friendly to our kids and attentive to their needs, unlike some izakayas which are very adult-centric. They even played an old-school superhero TV show, which completed mesmerized our kids. Can’t wait to come back again soon!

We were lucky enough to find this hidden gem of an Izakaya style restaurant (Japanese Tapas) fish was really fresh, staff were very attentive, English is spoken 👌 A must try is the salted beef 😋
