Hands down the best breakfast shop I've been to in Taiwan. Great service and delicious food. I would be hard-pressed to find a meal here I don't like. Price is on the higher end, but well worth it. You scan the QR code to get the menu with pictures (still in Chinese) so you should be able to find something for yourself even if you don't speak the language.
