The star here isn't the cold noodles but the duck blood. The duck blood is absolutely amazing. I always get the duck bloody with stinky tofu miso udon soup. I plated it up nicely at home and added some fresh spring onions and black pepper to pump up the dish some more.

I have been here a few times already, but honestly I don't go often enough. I came the first time just looking for a fast lunch and accidentalyl discovered one of my new favorite places to eat in Beitou. This place helped me to uncover a hidden love for Stinky tofu that I didn't know I had. On top of that, the owners are EXTREMELY friendly and are always wonderful to me every time I visit. As far as food goes, I've made it a bit of a tradition for myself to get Stinky Tofu soup noodles and cold sesame noodles, however their vegetable dishes are also fantastic, which leads me to believe that everyhing else probably is too. They'll definitely be seeing me inside again soon - and I'd recommend you do the same!
