Beitou District, Taipei City｜山東姥姥麵食

This is my favorite restaurant in Shipai. Everything on the menu is delicious, but definitely do not skip out on their dumplings, either steamed or potstickers. Their 小籠湯包 is also great, with a thicker skin. My personal favorite is the 搭連, which uses their signature "bing" wrapped around dumpling meat. Their spicy noodles uses a home-made hot sauce.

The taste is very authentic and delicious!

Delicious, rich in ingredients! It’s a pity not to eat it!
