Beitou District, Taipei City｜同鄉越南河粉

I've got to say, I've been here over 6 times already and I've yet to be disappointed. Every bowl of 河粉 and 酸辣湯麵 has been excellent. The papaya salad and spring rolls have also been on point. The 米粉 has also been fantastic. I love the fact that they add pineapple to their 酸辣湯麵. It gives an extra flavor that I've never had in other Vietnamese restaurants inside of and outside of Vietnam. The food is also prepared quickly even when the restaurant gets a bit packed. The facilities are quite clean too. You cannot go wrong with 生肉河粉. This is one of the better Vietnamese restaurants I've tried in Taipei City. It may not be upscale and "modern", but their dishes have always been on point.

Raw Beef Pho The soup is in place. The rich but light soup will make people finish drinking There is a lot of beef and the tenderness is medium. It is a raw beef hor fun above the standard! The hor fun itself is a bit rough, it tastes like ordinary white noodles, but it’s a pity that it’s somewhere~ Mixed Spring Rolls It is really 100 points, the taste is crisp, and the fried meat inside is also crispy on the outside. The crisp texture with lettuce and cucumber is even more satisfying. It is really good with the refreshing and slightly sweet and sour sauce! The store is very clean and comfortable, and it also sells a lot of authentic Vietnamese spring rolls, spicy sauce, and rice noodles. The price is also very approachable. These delicacies should be shared! !
