Shilin District, Taipei City｜Zhong Cheng Hao

Pork liver soup with sesame oil is good. Taste like they have put some wine and it's not salty at all. The oyster egg is so far the best i had in taipei. Egg fragrance with lotsa oyster. The flour amount not to much. The sauce isn't too sweet too.

Visited this last year, and I think that I’ll keep going there everytime I come to Taipei. My favorites here were their Keelung Tempura and Shrimp Roll (if I’m not mistaken with the name). They got the menu in English version and the staffs are always willing to help as well. As this shop is quite famous, expect some queue especially on weekend. Just make sure to visit here if you go to Shilin Night Market!
