This is the really local one here in Shilin. Most people take it for midnight supper. They have traditional style, which is Shacha sauce mix peanut butter sauce. Maybe not the type for everyone, but sure the most traditional one in Shilin area.

Delicious. But you have to wait in line for a long time~~~
