Went before 1pm and not many crowd and no need to queue and able to get a seat in the shop to enjoy the food. Sandwich is very tasty but a bit pricey if consider about the environment.

It takes about 10-15 minutes to wait for 10-15 minutes after ordering food in the alley around Shilin MRT station on weekdays. I happen to be teaching the new counter how to check out, but I still have a good attitude towards customers and am patient. You can also add orders later. Combined with the number ordered in advance, there is an additional 2 yuan to get a plastic bag. We ordered spicy sauce, meat and egg toast, cheese, fresh vegetables, hand-beaten meat, steak, eggs, cheese and chocolate toast. They were both salty and delicious. The edges of the toast were not dry at all. It’s not hard, chews well, and is well roasted in the mouth. The chili sauce is also full of flavor, but it’s not too spicy. It just has a strong taste. The thickness of the meat is just right. It’s very filling after eating. You can even eat it in two meals. Maybe girls with small appetites will eat it. If I don’t finish one, I want to try the sumptuous sandwich next time. Most people ordered this one that day.

The filling is more ordinary, but the brioche bread is blown. I have never eaten such smooth and sweet white bread. Known as the top ten breakfast restaurants in Taipei. 5 stars are all for the taste of the bread.
