Although it is a chain restaurant, the quality of food is close to the high end restaurants with famous chefs, and the service is much better than other chains. The dishes are served at right temperatures. I had General Tso's chicken and sweet and sour fish. Both were cooked well. The chicken was tender and juicy and the fish meat was at right texture to take the advantage of the source. Perfect to have them with steam rich.
