Shilin District, Taipei City｜John的料理

Fantastic little shop serving elevated but unpretentious Taiwanese classics run by a super friendly and generous family. Definitely worth a short walk to this somewhat out-of-the-way location for a delicious lunch or early dinner. We will definitely come back!

- Super close to Chiang Kai-shek's Shilin residence - Small place - Love the service and the food here. - All rice dishes are so good (for my Vietnamese family) - Stinky tofu noodles have an interesting flavor but it's a must-try.

Delicious food, inexpensive, and some of the nicest and friendliest staff you could find. This place is well deserving of its rating and is only a short distance from several tourist sites to visit in Taipei.
