It was a freezing day; the restaurant was very generous+humanized and allowed me to have a seat when I arrived before they opened. The wine selection offers one-for-one from 5:30-7:30 pm. The waiter provided a storybook liked hand-drawn guide for cocktails, introducing the background/ origin, types of the spirit used, and the taste of each cocktail, very informative. The roof top is quite a romantic spot but I won’t pop up to take a look as it’s freezing cold to me. Would definitely come again during summer time.
I have wanted to try this place ever since I moved back to Taiwan. But it was fully booked the first two times I tried to visit. Finally, we got a table on a weekday afternoon for late lunch. But the place didn’t disappoint me at all. First of all, my complements to the talented young chefs. Their culinary skills and creativity earned my total respect right from the start. The selection of cold cuts paired with honey grilled brie cheese is just Ingenious. All the fusion dishes we had were made to perfection. We truly enjoyed the experience!
