Neihu District, Taipei City｜北海越南美食

This is one of my favorite restaurants in this area. My family and I eat there frequently because the prices and atmosphere are super family friendly. The boss is very nice, and she makes fantastic iced Vietnamese coffee. Try the 綜合乾拌麵 I order it every time I go there and I never get tired of it!
