Within a few minutes walking distance from the Grand Hotel in Taipei, this little place serves a fantastic rice noodle soup. The soup is fragrant and delicious and the little plates of pork meats are fantastic. I had aorta and lung and skin as well as tofu and greens, and everything was scrumptious.

From snacks to large dishes, irreplaceable taste, the founder of marinating pork offal with soup, the soup is rich and refreshing, the side dishes must be ordered with large intestines and fried tofu, and the pink chili sauce is unique in Taiwan, which cannot be eaten outside!
