One of the best beef noodle place in Taipei! The boss is so welcoming. He remembers you and will make sure that you ate well. The bowl itself is packed with tender meat. The thick noodles are the specialty here and it is quite filling. The soup is flagrant and a bit spicy just enough to add some depth to the soup. Don't hesitate to order a small plate of side dishes. I recommend for a non touristy and authentic beef noodle soup!

I went there today for my lunch and the boss were really welcoming and helping. The 牛肉麵 are delicious there, the soup and also the meat. Indeed, I was really happy to see that they give really big piece of meat without too much fat. It definitely deserve a 5*. I will come back and recommend my friends without any hesitation.

The grandfather of this noodle shop retired from the Navy. He passed down the traditional Shandong style noodles recipes to his son. We met the son when we visited there twice. Amidst full house, the owner was very friendly and the staff could still remember what we had ordered the day before =. Although the setting and atmosphere are not as fancy as those modern restaurants, the taste of this classical noodle shop is very much different from the modern ones. If I visit Taiwan again, I will sure go order my favorite noodles.
