Shilin District, Taipei City｜Yinjia Ramen Shilin Branch

Update: they changed to a nearby bigger place. Better one. More space for guests to eat, with same price and same excellent service. One of the best ramen i have tasted, in my opinion. The place is small and cute, there was a line but i didn't wait too long. The food came very quickly and the employees were amazingly helpful. The broth is really creamy so beware if you dislike thick broth. The texture of the noodle is unique and a great pair to the broth. The place itself is clean and comfortable. Price wise is so-so, price range $190-$250 approximately.

Excellent and affordable ramen with taste as dreamed! The waiting time can be quite long and so you can come towards the end of the service at the risk of your favourite ramen being sold out.

Soup is great but the noodle… mot as good as I expected. Luckily the waiting time was shorter than I heard before. Less than 30 mins. BTW the music is also good haha
