Shilin District, Taipei City｜12 Hotpot Taipei Shilin Zhongzheng Branch

Hands down my favorite hotpot chain. I don’t even know how many times I went there. Fresh vegetables, good quality meat, flavorful broth. The lemon drink is also great. There’s usually a line but you can use their app to book a spot. Staff usually is friendly with some rare exceptions. Overall, best tasting hotpot that’s also very reasonably priced. 10/10 recommend

Good quality hotpot. The meat id very fresh and tender. And the sides, vegetables are all very good quality and not too expensive. I would sure come back again.

Be prepared to wait a while as crowds gather outside the restaurant. The food is fresh & the portion of meat served is generous considering the price is approximately 250NT. Highly recommend the “more meat” option.
