It is already one of my favorite hot pot restaurants in winter season. The hot pot restaurant of French Chicken Stock is very reasonable price in quality ingredients. The food is delicate, not large amount, and with kind quality service. Personal favorite fresh fish seafood pot, fish is limited, recommended to make an reservation for fish if you would like to taste it.

The services are really nice. The chef and waiters are very knowledgeable, the hotpot is amazing. The soup base is chicken soup, vegetables plates are rich with scallops, clams, and shrimp. I order a US prime beef and it has 150g meat, which is enough food for me. At the end of meal, I order one more bowl of rice and egg to make congee. The desert is also outstanding. I definitely will come back next time.

A place for healthy and lightly seasoned hotpot. The ingredients used in their stock are very high quality, and you can really taste the difference. The meats are great, and the vegetables are very fresh. A great place to visit if you're looking for a healthier alternative to the usual oily and heavily flavored hotpots every once in a while. The set meals are a bit pricey but are quite filling.
