Fine dining at it's finest! Everything you could expect from a restaurant of this caliber from prompt service to palette cleansers between courses. Superb customer service and all around experience. 100% recommend eating here and will go again. Priced affordably. Went with a party of 7 people (2 children, 5 adults) and spent $8,000 NTD total; $1,143 per person ($260 USD total; $37 per person), ordered 5 set lunches and two side lobsters. Bonus: Da Zhi (大直）branch located next to 春水堂, so you can stop by and drink an original bubble milk tea from one of the first to do it in Taiwan.
