The meatball, a.k.a "ruo-yuan"(肉圓) is made up of minced pork and the semi-transparent cover from rice/sticky-rice. The minced pork part has a multi-layered taste to it, kind of herbal smell and some pepper. The semi-transparent cover has a very smooth and light flavor to it, easy to cut open, unlike other ruo-yuan out there. Very good.
