Great $10000NTD noodles, worth it to try it at least once. We called in ahead of time, and they gave us free side dishes. Might come again once I save up more money.

I got the 5000 Taiwanese dollar soup. Best food I ever ate in my life and of course best bowl of beef noodle soup ever. So good I don’t want to eat anything else to savor the flavor. It’s a heavenly dish! A must try, people should travel to eat this dish, I can’t believe this place doesn’t have 3 Michelin stars for that dish! All the sides I got where also very yummy. Expert craftsmen, I can’t stop thinking about that bowl and just booked another reservation for tomorrow. Ultra high quality!

Found out about this place after watching it on Great Big Story on YouTube and had to check it out. We tried the Premium Beef Noodles and were not disappointed - the beef was tender and top-quality, with the fatcaps being melt-in-your-mouth good. The noodles were springy and cooked perfectly. The soup was clean and unique but did not stray too far from the traditional ideal. Even the appetizers/side dishes and tea was phenomenal. Lastly, service was above and beyond anything we had experienced so far in Taipei. This is well worth the trip!
