Special experience. This place is only open a few hours per the weekday so better go early. If you want a massive ramen bowl this is the place togo. The soft boiled egg was one of the best I've had.

I have been eating it for several years and I still like Rochome Ramen. It is the best ramen I have ever eaten in Taiwan. Not one of them, but the only one!

Closed every Sunday and Monday. Usually only open from 11:00 to 14:00 noon. The taste is mellow, the soup is authentic and not too salty. You can add mashed garlic for a strong taste, and sesame seeds to increase the aroma. There is almost a queue, but the boss moves quickly. Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs and children under the age of 8.
