Shulin District, New Taipei City｜棋臭の脆皮臭豆腐

Some of the tastiest stinky tofu I've had in Taiwan. The smell isn't very strong either. Super crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. The offal? noodles were also unexpectedly good (if you're into that kind of thing), without too strong of an offally taste. We only choose to eat here cos people were queuing, and we guessed rightly that it must have been worth lining up for! Nice Taiwanese music playing too!
