A professional shop that only sells beef noodles, $180 for beef noodles is not cheap (a large $190), but the lightly stewed [soup is very refreshing and delicious] is definitely 10/10. The meat is beef shank (all lean) and beef tendon. [Beef tendon tastes very good], soft and tender, with a lot of extra points (make up for the lost points of the leg meat). The face is not big but it's okay. The chili oil is very fragrant but has no pepper. Adding it to the noodle soup has no effect (personal preference), and sauerkraut has no effect. Another seasoning on the table is white vinegar (very sour) and it will be reversed. The side dish is greatly promoted [dried tofu] super delicious, very fragrant, tasty, must order! Don’t order the dried tofu, just order another plate of dried tofu~ Take it by yourself [Black tea is fragrant and delicious], very sincere (bonus points)! Overall, it is 8.5/10 (the price is too high). The soup is of the same level as "Beef Noodles. Chicken Soup" in Section 4 of Civic Avenue, and the taste is similar.

Impeccably good taste, this is the second best beef noodle restaurant I have eaten so far. Although expensive, it is better than Japanese ramen, and the soup is rich and tender. Don’t miss it when you pass by, it’s only open at noon!

The taste is great and unique, the stewed soup is quite rich and sweet, and the meat is juicy and delicious. Highly recommended!
