Banqiao District, New Taipei City｜麗水 越式素食

This is so far the most authentic vegetarian Vietnamese restaurant I’ve had in Taiwan! I hate how foreign food came to Taiwan had to change the taste according to local preferences in order to survive, but this restaurant kept “the taste of Vietnamese” and it’s VEGETARIAN!!! Love it and I will will be back for more!!!

This is a vegetarian Vietnamese restaurant. Vietnamese food is always with lots of salad in it, so you don’t even taste it’s a vegetarian dish. The difference is no meat in it! That’s it!

Had ordered from Uber eat. Meal was tasty and fresh 😋. Fried spring rolls was crispy and nice. Definitely will try an others meal next time.
