Sanchong District, New Taipei City｜Niu Xiang Beef Noodle Restaurant

This was a fulfilling bowl of beef noodle soup. We went for the clear soup thinking it must be special as they were noted as limited quantities... but the beef flavours were a bit too pronounced. I reckon the spiced broths would taste better. Intimate kitchen and dining area with virtually all patrons attentively watching news on the telly.

The noodles are very good and delicious when delivered to your home! The beef is very big and soft. Only a few pieces are a bit tougher. The beef offal is great! Very tasty and soft. The dumplings are very delicious. They are very similar to the Liujia dumplings in Yonghe. There are a lot of leeks. The pork scalp is a must-try. It is very tasty and soft. I haven’t eaten such delicious pork scalp in a long time.
