The braised cabbage is made of cabbage, which is different from the usual braised cabbage with pork skin and shrimp. It’s different, but it’s well braised and has the sweetness of cabbage, which suits my personal taste. I’ll try something like braised pork next time. I’ve tried braised pork, and the fatty part is still soft, but The non-fatty parts are a little bit fatty, and the amount of meat is not much, so it doesn’t feel like eating meat.
