Delicious old-fashioned flavor

This store is located across the street from 7-Eleven Tingzhoumen City on Section 1 of Tingzhou Road. I stopped by when visiting a friend's house. I heard that the shop has been in business for over 20 years. It's cheap, it's delicious, and just because it's cheap doesn't mean the ingredients are bad. The fact that you can enjoy this flavor at an ordinary restaurant in town, not a particularly prominent one, is something to behold in Taipei, Taiwan. [Soy sauce noodles] Above all, the noodles are delicious. If I had to compare it to round noodles, it would be like Marutai's stick noodles with a bit more firmness. Since the name of the restaurant is ``Noodles'', are they selling noodles? This has repeats. Next time, I will try changing the soup. [Tsuzu soup] The soup has a very bland taste. The way the dumplings are wrapped is shaped like the New Year's battledore feathers, which is unusual in Taiwan and common in Japan. However, the amount of meat (bean paste) is plenty. This meat filling has a strong flavor and is very delicious. This also has repeats. There are probably many hidden gems like this all over Taipei. Taipei is deep.

I have been eating here for several years. It is a good place for me and my friends for many years to have supper. I recommend dry noodles and wonton soup. Reading the comments, many people are saying that the service attitude of the proprietress is not good. Personally, I don’t think it’s necessary to pay too much attention if there is no service fee. If you like to be served kindly, you can go to restaurants that charge service fees. Every time I go there, the lady boss is very enthusiastic! Quite a wave of shopkeepers!
