The boss is super friendly, told him my first time there took his time to introduce me some of their fav dishes. THE best dumpling with its unusual longish shape! First you have the right amount of chewy and crutchy texture of the dough, follow by excellent fillings. Simply yummy. ordered more eventually to satisfy my appetite. The side dishes are alright and the beef noodle is of good portion. Again the noodle texture is just right, with a lovely beef portion only set back by lack of the umph in the broth. Will visit again next time in TW

Been eating his pot stickers for close to 30 years. Such a staple within the community. A little bit of a hole in the wall. Even though it says beef noodle house they really are more well known for their potstickers. Very juicy. Perfectly seasoned and cooked perfectly. Pairs perfectly with their flavorful but light beef ball soup on a hot summer day. Highly recommend!
