Zhongzheng District, Taipei City｜Tsubame Ramen

We tried walk-in and waited for one hour to get seated on a Thursday. The ramen came pretty fast. The broth is rich in flavor and very tasty. The rice dish is also very well done and pretty filling considered the portion. The waiters work at a fast pace so do not expect lay back, relax environment especially when the business is busy. Love the food here would definitely come back.

super unique and amazing chicken ramen I eat tons of ramen but I have never had soup like this before. Staff were friendly and I think it's definitely worth a stop by if you're in the area (which is really accessible near taipei main station and ximending)

God that was good. The broth was flawless. It’s basically a classic tori paitan ramen, with (what for me is) a perfect balance of dashi and bone broth. The noodles come incredibly firm. The piece of duck is superfluous. Adds nothing. Distraction. This is a chicken ramen. The ‘ultra chicken’ ramen was sold out. As was the eggs, when I went for dinner at 7pm.
