always come here for the braised pork rice and 肉羹湯（apparently it’s translated to pork thick soup in english—tastes way better than it sounds)!! bonus points bc there’s ac inside! recently took my grandma here for a revisit and she approves 😌‼️ we even took out frozen fuzhou fish balls, 赤肉焿, & 魷魚焿 (sold by weight) before we left 🤭 what we’ve tried: 🍚 魯肉飯 braised pork rice: the pork belly melts in your mouth and the sauce is pretty flavorful (not greasy) so it goes well with the chewy rice. the store is also known for it’s medium-cooked egg, but i’d recommend getting that only if you order a large bowl if you don’t like your rice too wet. ✨ 福州魚丸湯 fuzhou fish ball soup (grandma approved): there’s pork stuffing inside each fishball and it goes really well with the soup 🍜 麻醬麵 sesame noodles 🥢 乾油麵 dry noodles (too plain according to my friend) 🍗 赤肉羹 taiwanese pork thick soup: must-order for me ✨ (i would’ve liked it more if they added more black vinegar tho!)

The Fuzhou fishball here tasted good and well balanced. The lu rou fan and noodle were good too. Chilli was not spicy enough for my taste. Overall, it was a great meal.

Delicious meal, their fish balls taste very qq and the squid is fresh!
