I saw this place recommended on Reddit and decided to give it a try since I was nearby, and I’m glad I did. I ordered the beef tongue ramen for 260 nt. Broth was rich and flavorful with a slight peppery note. I enjoyed the beef tongue a lot. They torched it right before serving to give it that smokey aroma. I came on a Sunday around 2 pm and there was no one inside. But don’t let that fool you. Really happy with this bowl of ramen.

Dare to be different. This place serves some of the best ramen in town. Their broth, their flavors are unlike any place, but in a good way! The taste absolutely blew our minds! The nut based charsiu ramen was delicious! Broth was packed with flavor and every single sip was delicious! Paired with the thin noddles, every slurp was a bomb! Charsiu was nice and juicy with a tang, the dragon fruit marinated egg was also remarkable! Beef tongue Ramen did not disappoint either! Taiwanese Beef noodle lovers would love this dish! Every sip of broth was packed with ton of beef flavor! Paired with the thicker noodles, chewy and packed with flavor too! Beef tongue, cooked just right too! Will definitely be coming back again in the near future!

I like the creativity. I had nut ramen today. It came with rich soup base and noodles vary along with different options. Strongly recommend.
