Sashimi's great, very fresh and thickly sliced. A bit pricier but still acceptable for the quality you received.

Expect to queue up for this famous Japanese food stall. Situated inside a traditional market. Sashimi n sushi is so fresh!! A self-help courtesy soup provided by the stall that is so generous with ingredients that you MUST help yourself to one!! A must go place for brunch or lunch if you are in this area. So much tradition in this stall. (Even with the long queue, their servicing is pretty fast!!)

Fresh sashimi and sushi in a traditional market setting. Visited on weekday 10am, no crowd. Free flow of loaded miso soup was the highlight for me - loaded with taupok, tofu, salmon fish flakes, fish cakes and others… on the sweet side, not as salty… but I love it. Sashimi and sushi were freshly prepared behind counter… made to order. Fresh! Opens at 9am.
