Datong District, Taipei City｜Wangtea Lab ｜ 當代茶吧 Modern Tea Bar

I was amazed by WANGTEA LAB when I went there for the first time I liked there even better when I went there for the second time. This is definitely one of the best places you can find in Taipei for a cozy afternoon alone or hanging out with friends. The quality of their tea and dessert is impeccable with reasonable prices. I tried three kinds of tea and four kinds of dessert during the two visits and all of them are awesome. First of all, the space can definitely accommodate more tables, but they didn’t put too many tables in the space so that everyone can enjoy their personal space feeling relaxed staying there. Second, the tea is so good and smooth that you can feel the calmness and comfort. Needless to say, the deserts are delicious beyond words. My favorite is the single one in the picture. The atmosphere and interior design are just comfortable. On top of everything they offer really good service. If you can only stay in Taipei for a couple of days, this place is definitely my top three recommendations for you.

A very cool tea house with a modern twist on tea - we tried the nitro tea which was really excellent, it gives the tea a smooth and cool taste and texture. The owner is really nice, he talked to us about his mission of making natural and healthy tea cool and accessible to the young generation. The menu also has carbonated tea, tea beer, pour-over tea and teapresso.

Wangtea Lab created a chill vibe for tea drinking. Their tea snacks taste good also.
