Bind bending and blowing. Get the whole-wheat noodle which the server recommends. Makes the dish! Scallop ramen. Broth was salty and sweet. Well balanced. Not overly seafood in flavor like many clams here. Comes with lots of different toppings: meat and seafood. I got an extra scallop / not necessary. What an incredible ramen. I had a side of plain rice with mine. Incredible value. Waited around 1hr on a Wednesday at 6:15pm.

Little seating but absolutely loved the ramen broth here. They do a seafood sort of broth and it's really tasty and has a rich body. The charsiew was sliced a bit too thick and had a bit of a bite, so overall 4.5* from me, but I'm rounding it to 5 for Google reviews. Broth was really really amazing, do check it out if you're in the area!

Easily one of the best ramen in Taiwan for me. My personal favorite would be the 干貝濃湯拉麵 (scallop thick broth ramen), which has a really rich flavor to it and also a few slices of scallop in the ramen. I have tried the other flavors as well (lobster 龍蝦清湯拉麵, pork bone + chicken 雞豚濃湯拉麵) and everything is just very good. Adding 1 bowl of noodles is free. Be prepared to queue, though, if you decide to eat here. If you are a meat lover, you probably would need to order extra side dish of pork chashu slices, since they do not give as much meat at the start. Overall really recommended!!!
