Zhongshan District, Taipei City｜原味麵館

We passed by here, behind Zhongshan Station 中山站，many other older stores nearby, and some having long queue, we chose this as it has no queue, and missing the fuzhou dry noodles, Sibu 乾盤麵. For me, texture is considered very good, abit blant taste, but there are sauces to add to your liking, such as 醬油，香油 etc. Other than that, the 紅油炒手is also acceptably good. 小菜 is just ok, seaweed ginger for 30NTD. Environment is so quiet inside that you need to whisper in order not to disturb other customers. Will come back again, recommended.

I passed by the door on Wednesday and ordered a bowl of sesame noodles to take back to the company to eat.
